That’s the reason why a web site like refinance.com looks very interesting especially because they can help to you managing the entire and necessary things to get a credit or any other service in relation whit the mentioned above.

Besides at the same web site you can get important information about the terms and conditions to obtain mortgage refinance in your own state, and a lot of information about other refinances related programs, tools and resources, you just need to selected the state from the list and click it, and when you get the info you can apply using the two steps systems to do it.

A place for surfers
Posted by Juan Fernando Pacheco
One of the things that I like to learn in my life is Surfing, in fact few years ago I try to learn it and take a rapid lesson at the beach but I can’t do it, anyway maybe someday I try it again.
But today I was browsing the net and found an interesting web site where you can buy some things in relation with the boarding. Things such as Surfboards, Longboards, Softboards, Stand Up Paddle Boards and of course there you can get a lot of information about the boarding itself.

At this time I didn’t planning to buy one of them, but I know some people who like this kind of sports and for sure they maybe can buy some of this products or accessories.
Another interesting thing founds in this web site is the Foam Surfboards, this looks likes an special kind of boards designed for beginners or kids who likes the boarding, the idea of this kind of boards is help to the surfer to maintain the balance in a easy way besides if you fall from the table for sure the risk of injure is less than if you use another kind of board, because the fiberglass or resin are materials more hard than the foam.

One of the things tan I like to know about New York, and that´s the mainly reason to trip this year to there, is the multiplicity of nations living in just one city and product of share all that cultural info between different points of views about the life, religion or society occasionally bring us to the rest of the world new trends in fashion to every man and women in the whole world.
So, if you like to know something more about “fashion schools new York” you just made a search in Google and of course you can find a lot of information about trends and fashion school in new York, new designers and of course info and general articles about the fashions.
In fact I´m not really dependant about trends or things likes that, in other words I´m not the kind of people who buy some clothes every single month or weekend, but of course a lot of people around the world do that and there’s is where new york fashion schools are working to show us that new trends

Few months ago I found the Tasty Blog Snack, in fact when I read the first post of iJustine (Justine Ezarik) I´m not sure about what she does at work, later I learn than she is a freelance graphic/web designer & video editor, after of know that time to time I back to read hers blog watch videos or photos at flickr or read hers twitts at twitter.com and always I found something interesting to back once and again.

Today I found Mostly Lisa, the Lisa Bettany blog a photographer and video music producer located at Vancouver, Canada. In fact is my first time at hers blog so I can’t say nothing about hers post, but I can say she looks so cute and gorgeous and that’s the mainly reason to write this post.
The thing is, we are watching a new trend in female bloggers?, girls who love work with Mac, talks about web2.0, uses twitter, lastfm, facebook, and flickr without ask their boyfriends nothing about that? And of course always looks so cute as a model? I like that idea and I´m sure that thousands of men think in the same way like me, a sexiest girl is one who use a Mac as a work tool, and loves the internet but no uses hi5.

During this year, United States lives a political season looking for their new president to be head of the nation for the next 4 years and during the next months until the final election all the people around the whole world watch their Presidential Primaries waiting to see who the next United States President is.
That’s the reason because I found very interesting this blog, this is not a political blog, in fact if you make a Google’s search about politics in the USA, of course you can find a much more sites where all the political info appears. This is a blog where you can find latest news in the presidential elections, nothing else just news, no matter the tendencies or philosophies about the candidates, their promises or government plans, they just inform about the process and how the race to the White House is development, but the really big goal of this blog is how they work for monetize this one.

They sell custom products for both, democrats and republicans to promote their candidates, the kind of products they sold in the web site includes: custom t-shirts, pens, vote cards, address labels, sticky notes. So if you like an Obama’s T-Shirt or Hillarie’s sticky notes pad for sure you can find here the right one and at the same time you can help to your candidate promoting your vote using some of these nice products.
Western Shirts.
Posted by Juan Fernando Pacheco
Last night I was talking with a good friend of mine who are actually living in USA, and he told me about the actually trends in some states about the use of western wear, that’s the reason why he recommends me to check this web site about western wear for men, ladies and kids. I’m not fan entirely of this kind of wear, but some pieces of it are really nice, especially the Women Sleepwear or Women Shirt, because in their web site they have a large selection of wear, including an special section of vintage western.

In fact, I’m not sure if someday I use or buy this kind of wears, but I knows some people who likes this kind of wear specially some friends who actually are living in USA and they likes country music, for sure they are the target for this store, I guess they feel likes a real cowboy using it, an if someone of them asks me about this kind of things I know where to find it, or if someone of them decide to sing country music for sure they find interesting this store.

But one of the things than I can’t found on this website are boots a real pair of cowboys boots, maybe in the future the offers this product too.

What about if I tell you than you can save money monthly just if do carpooling or ride sharing with someone else?. Really interesting, isn’t?.
Today, I found this very interesting website RideSearch.com Carpool where the main idea of it is to work with others in the way to help someone making ride share and at the same time save money, save on gas and of course save the environment using less your car and sharing with others the way to go home or go to work.
The idea is to connect employees from closer offices or neighbors who wants share the use of them cars to pickup and carry someone else to their destiny at the same time you can do new friends and save your money, just imagine this case:
You, daily goes to your job in your car and spend almost 5 miles driving to there during 20 days in the month and the cost of a gas gallon is from $1.90 but your vehicle uses almost 8 miles per gallon, then you need a parking place where you must let your car during the work hours until you’ll go back to home in the night, you must pay around $30,oo monthly for this place.
Using the RideSearch.com’s Carpool calculator you can save $78.75 or more if you find someone else who follow the same path to your work or home, maybe a friend from you office or neighbor living close to your home.
If you need more info about the system or the web site, please visit RideSearch.com Carpool
Spock, a new people and information search engine
Posted by Juan Fernando Pacheco
Spock.com is one of these kind of webapp who you never think in use, but if you need to found someone for some reason of course it helps to you to make the work in a few minutes, that’s the reason why Spock.com - A Great Place for Search.
First of all I need to define Spock.com like not a social network, although you can send emails or link to other familiar services like mySpace, Wikipedia, LinkedIn and many others. Spock.com is just a people and information search engine to put in contact you with others based in some relevant criteria search as name (Juan Fernando Pacheco) or some tags, used previously to define yourself or used by someone else to define to you or some others aspects about you (Blogger, Lawyer), your friends, job or something else and all of this info is for free, because Spock is a free service to use.
For example, if you need info about Steve jobs, here you can find some relevant info about him and some other people like Steve Wozniak or Bill Gates tagged as Co founder or Rival, some news from Google News and of course other sources of information as Wikipedia, Apple, LinkedIn and many others.
But if you need other kind of general info about a something specific theme like Brazilian Models, you just type that in Spock, and then it brings to you a lot of results based on that search criteria and of course all the respective information about everyone of them, in my personal case I search info about Gisele Bundchen.
Other of the good things about Spock.com is the capability to create your own network where you can add friends based from others networks like Yahoo, linkedIn or Microsoft Outlook, or just using the search engine by itself, it’s an important function specially if you likes the idea to share your info with your friends, family or everyone around the world.
At this time you can add me at your related people if you likes, just please visit my profile at Spock.com.
Low Cost Airlines to Spain and Europe.
Posted by Juan Fernando Pacheco
This is an sponsored post, but as I wrote few weeks ago in Saturn Attacks, it comes just in time because time to time I think visit Ibiza, Spain in my vacations time, but until today it was impossible to do from Ecuador, my country because no one travel agency likes the idea to work in the objective of design a tourism plan to Ibiza. So if someone want to go there, it must be done by him/her self.
Anyway, from that day when I write about www.vuelosbaratos.es,until today I checked their web site several times searching for new offers and every time it shows me new ones, in fact www.vuelosbaratos.es is a website where you can find multiple Airlines options to fly in and out Spain and around Europe but all the options are Low Cost Airlines. One of the interesting things in the web site is the capability of the user to use an advanced search, using date of travel, number of scales preferred or selected airlines and last but not the least, the best tool of the web site comes when you can compare multiple transports to do the same route between two or more points, and of course the cost of each of them, so you can compare a low cost airline with Autobus transportation with the respective cost of them.
Of course the web site by itself offers much more to you, but the mainly attractive tools are that. So, during the next year when I will plane my next vacation trip of course I will use this interesting option.
Above an image of how the comparison tool looks. Just a final words, remember every airline listed in www.vuelosbaratos.es are low cost airlines, so before take a decision please consider search more info about those airlines.
World’s Famous Photos: U.S. Marines raising the flag on Iwo Jima [1945].
Posted by Juan Fernando Pacheco
From today and during some future posts, I’m writing about some of the most world’s famous photos. Today I want to write about the U.S. Marines raising the flag on Iwo Jima [1945].

On feb, 23, 1945 the photographer Joe Rosenthal takes this photo of five US Marines raising the flag at top of the Mount Suribachi during the Iwo Jima battle in World War II.
This photo is the one in the whole history of the Pulitzer winners to obtain the prize in the same year of the publication, and in the other side, this is one of the most reproduced photos of all times, because it represents the courage and it means all the good values of the people around the world.
But the battle of Iwo Jima gets their own history:
The Battle of Iwo Jima was fought by the United States and Japan in February and March 1945, during the Pacific Campaign of World War II. The U.S. invasion, known as Operation Detachment, was aimed at capturing the airfields on Iwo Jima.
The battle was marked by some of the fiercest fighting of the campaign. The Imperial Japanese Army positions on the island were heavily fortified, with vast bunkers, hidden artillery, and 11 miles (18 km) of tunnels.[citation needed] The battle was the first American attack on the Japanese Home Islands, and the Imperial soldiers defended their positions tenaciously; of the 22,000 Japanese soldiers present at the beginning of the battle, over 20,000 were killed, and only 216 taken prisoner.
Although, many years later the whole world knows the real story behind the photo, and it looks like the original photo was take by Louis R. “Lou” Lowery, few hours before with a different group of US marines and raising an small flag, but this flag was destroyed by a Japanese grenade, the complete story about this supposed real first photo is narrated by Jorge Lewinski in his publication Camera at War; A History of War Photography - WH Allen, 1978
The picture of the raising of the Stars and Stripes on the top of Mount Suribachi was published throughout the world. It was taken by an Associated Press photographer, Joe Rosenthal. Later it was established that this was not a photograph of the original event. The first flag-raising was photographed by S/Sgt Louis R. Lowery, working for the Marines’ magazine Leatherneck. While the ceremony was taking place, a hidden Japanese survivor threw two grenade at the group on the summit. The first grenade blew up the flag; the second fell at the feet of the photographer. Lowery dived down the steep side of the dormant volcano, rolling some 50 feet before he stopped, having dislocated his side and breaking his cameras. Later the same day a second raising of the flag was arranged, using a larger flag. This time a far more powerful an carefully worked-out picture was shot by Rosenthal. It was this second picture, not the one taken by Lowery - which was also preserved - that gained the fame.
At first no one was aware of the subterfuge. The picture was taken at its face value - as a very good piece of photojournalism. However, when it was disclosed that it was not in fact the picture of the original flag-raising, an argument arose as to its authenticity. If it is considered to be a fake, undoubtedly we are emotionally liable to view the picture with less interest and enthusiasm. But it was not intended to mislead the public, nor, do I think, did the photographer himself perpetrate the myth of the picture in any way. It was a genuine reconstruction of a real event, mainly occasioned by the belief that the original picture had been lost.
